If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
Restaurant Services
Dining Services: We provide dine-in, takeout, and catering services at our restaurant location in Derby, Kansas.
Menu Items: Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee availability of specific items.
Food Safety: We follow all applicable food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food preparation and handling.
Allergen Information: We provide detailed allergen information for all menu items and take food allergies seriously. However, due to shared kitchen equipment and preparation areas, we recommend customers with severe allergies consult with our staff before ordering.
Ordering and Payment
Order Accuracy: We strive for order accuracy but cannot guarantee that orders will be exactly as requested. Please check your order before leaving.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable. They cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to our refund policy.
Catering Services
Advance Notice: Catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Large events may require one week or more advance notice.
Deposits: We may require a deposit for large catering orders. Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 24 hours.
Delivery: Delivery is available for catering orders within a reasonable distance from our restaurant. Additional fees may apply.
Setup and Cleanup: Setup and cleanup services are available for an additional fee. Please request these services when placing your order.
Customer Conduct
Respectful Behavior: We expect all customers to behave respectfully toward our staff and other customers.
No Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from our premises.
Property Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to our property or equipment.
Photography: Personal photography is allowed, but commercial photography requires prior permission.
Health and Safety
Food Allergies: Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Illness: If you are feeling ill, please do not visit our restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be ill.
